RBPCDC’s mission is to raise the economic, educational and social levels of low to moderate income families of Goldsboro, Wayne County by creating partnerships that leverage human, financial and spiritual resources in a manner that supports community-wide efforts to address poverty, racial injustice, family instability and education.
