Faith Estates
Faith Estates is a subdivision consisting of 16 single-family housing lots developed to increase opportunities for qualified first-time home buyers and flood victims to purchase a home. There are seven different floor plans to choose from. We work with various lenders to find the right loan for you. The subdivision is located at Orange and Lime Streets in the northern part of the city of Goldsboro, North Carolina.

NBA Greenleaf Grace Village
Our Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly, provides 41 apartments for low to moderate-income senior citizens at 30% of income.

Greenleaf Vision of Faith Community Kitchen and Gardens

Adult and youth educational opportunities focused on food access and include community gardens, cooking classes, health and nutrition training, food preparation training, workforce, and business development. We currently have over 30 active garden lots throughout the county. Funding provided through USDA.
