As a sponsor in the Summer Food Service Program, we were able to provide meals to children when schools were closed at no cost. An additional partnership with Artis Daily Bread allowed us to offer meals to adults free as well. We fed well over 700 persons during that week. RBPCDC continues our support of this community during this disaster recovery by announcing this RBP Hurricane Florence Disaster Recovery Fund.

“Our mission remains to positively impact the economic stability of our community and our partnerships help us do that. These funds were provided from contributors from around the nation specifically for Hurricane Florence Recovery efforts.” said John Barnes, C.E.O. of Rebuilding Broken Places CDC.
